When a prospect says no, it doesn’t mean they will never want to use your services. It just means they are not interested at that very moment but they will be... Lucky for you, time goes on. And let’s be honest, we’re talking about the Cleaning Services Industry. In any service based industry, contracts are only as good as the relationships built between the two parties (and sometimes even those don’t work…)
So, with this in mind, even if your prospect chooses to go with someone else for the short term, when something goes wrong in that contract (and we all know that happens right?) you’ll be ideally positioned to come in and take over.
